I lost my password, how do I log in to my account?
Use our password reset form. An email will be sent to the email address you registered with.

I already have an account, but I re-installed the application, how can I log in on the iPhone?
Exit the application, on the Dashboard, go to Settings, scroll down to the Comicstrips settings and change your login information there

I want to share my comics with my friend, how do I do it?
Comic creators need to make a living, and we do not endorse doing this. However, you can login as another user by changing your login information in the application Settings. Doing this will erase all comics on your iPhone and upon sync'ing the comics associated with the other account will be downloaded.

How much data can I put in my application?
Apple enforces a restriction of 2GB in iPhone/iPod Touch applications. This is as much as we are allowed to fit in.

How come the comics I upload take up more space than the size of the file I upload?
Upon receiving the files, we take your comic and convert it in a format easily digestible by the iPhone. This file is taken in consideration when calculating the total amount of disk usage for one comic upload.

I would like to use all 2GB allowed by Apple. How do I do it without running out of disk space?
If you delete comics from your library, they won't get deleted from your iPhone. You can free up disk space in your web account and upload more comics. Comics on your iPhone will not get uploaded back to the web.
